ServiceMaster Building Maintenance is the only GS-42 Certified Cleaning Service Provider in the State of Wisconsin.  We work with Project Managers to maintain the accreditation of LEED^® Certified projects.  We are able to utilize products, systems, and equipment that will get the work done with a greater emphasis on environmental stewardship.
